Central to our mission is the KijaniBox, a unique platform that simplifies access to satellite data and local IoT resources. Through innovative programs and pilot projects, KijaniSpace is fostering sustainability, boosting productivity, and building a resilient agricultural future for Africa.

Training Program

Space-IoT Talent Program

The Space-IoT Talent Program is designed to equip individuals with hands-on skills in IoT and space-based technologies. This program focuses on empowering participants to develop innovative Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) tailored to climate-smart agriculture. Through workshops and practical training, participants learn to integrate IoT tools with Copernicus Earth Observation data, enabling them to create impactful solutions for challenges in crop and fish farming. The program also fosters critical thinking and technical expertise, preparing participants to drive technological advancements in their communities.

Space-IoT Innovation Program

The Space-IoT Innovation Program focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and innovation among SMEs. It offers a platform for businesses to experiment with IoT-driven applications, enabling the development of cutting-edge solutions for sustainable agriculture. Participants collaborate with experts to pilot practical tools, utilizing the KijaniBox platform to address local challenges. By integrating Earth Observation data with IoT insights, this program aims to strengthen regional innovation ecosystems and build a foundation for scalable, tech-driven agricultural practices that benefit smallholder farmers.
